Welcome to Hong Kong Mindfulness Teachers Network

The members of the Hong Kong Mindfulness Teachers Network are a society of independent professionals providing mindfulness-based programs instruction in varied settings: educational, workplace/corporate, medical, private and public venues. Our programs offer Mindfulness-based approaches that have been found to be beneficial for healthy adults, for adolescents, and children, as well as for different health-related outcomes.

As a student, school, workplace: You will find the Mindfulness Programs and free sessions that are offered by our professional teachers indicated in the Events pages.

As a teacher: Would you like to become a member?  Here you will find how to apply for membership.

Our Teachers

Our professionals are trained in internationally recognized mindfulness teacher-training programs and currently offering mindfulness instruction.
