Welcome to Hong Kong Mindfulness Teachers Network
The members of the Hong Kong Mindfulness Teachers Network are a society of independent professionals providing mindfulness-based programs instruction in varied settings: educational, workplace/corporate, medical, private and public venues. Our programs offer Mindfulness-based approaches that have been found to be beneficial for healthy adults, for adolescents, and children, as well as for different health-related outcomes.

Our Mindfulness Programs
Mindfulness-based approaches have been found to be beneficial for healthy adults, for adolescents, and children, as well as for different health-related outcomes.
Our Teachers
Our professionals are trained in internationally recognized mindfulness teacher-training programs and currently offering mindfulness instruction.
