Free Information Sessions for the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course:

On zoom:

  • April 18, 2023: 7.00 – 8.30pm
  • May 4, 2023: 7.00 – 8.30pm

These information evenings are intended to give you a brief introduction of the 8-week course program, including mindfulness practices, research and details of the course. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the program and to get to know me.
