Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – 8 Week Program (Online)
About the course:
This is an 8-week mindfulness course founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, USA. This program curriculum is an experiential introduction to mindfulness concepts and practice. All other mindfulness programs stem from this original structure of learning about the mind/body connections for health and well-being.
October: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st
November: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
All day retreat:
November 8th (9:30am – 5:00pm). Place TBC
– Includes MP3 recordings of the practices, comprehensive Participant handbook, Home practice materials
