Welcoming you to join the Silent Mini-Retreat Evening in community together.
This short retreat evening session (3.5 hours) will offer practices from the MBCL (Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living) program: Kindness meditations, Embodying Compassion, Body Scan, Walking, Sitting, Equanimity
NOTE: this invitation is for Graduates of 8-week mindfulness courses (MBSR, MBCT and the equivalent). Due to the silent nature of the program, it is not suitable for those without prior experience of mindfulness practices.
This is an opportunity for renewing & cultivating presence from moment to moment,
and being open to the experiences of practicing mindful attention and connecting with your practice with kindness and compassion.
