Compassion & Kindness Mini-Retreat, Sept 7, 7 – 10:00 pm

Welcome!  Join the Silent Mini-Retreat Evening in community together. These shorter retreat evening sessions (3 hours) offer practices from the MBCL (Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living) program: Kindness meditations, Embodying Compassion, Body Scan, Walking, Sitting, Equanimity NOTE: this invitation is for Graduates of 8-week mindfulness courses (MBSR, MSC, MBCL, MBCT, MBCT-L, and the equivalent). Due to the silent nature of the program, it is not suitable for those without prior experience of mindfulness practices. This is an opportunity for renewing & cultivating presence from moment to moment, and being open to the experiences of practicing mindful attention and connecting with your practice with kindness and compassion.
