Mindfulness meditation opens us up to another world, in which the values and experience of going slower, deeper, and wiser, can be connected with and brought into the light. MBSR is a brilliant, accessible and user friendly way to make space for this learning. MBSR is not flakey or fluffy. It is demanding and purposeful, bringing the skills of mindfulness and applying them to the immediate concerns and needs of your life.

Whether you’re new to meditation, or you have been practicing with apps, or you are an experienced practitioner who is in need of a reboot, this session – and the course – is open to all. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about MBSR and how it can positively impact your life.
