Information Session for the upcoming MBSR 8-week Course
This is an information session for the upcoming 8 week mindfulness course. You must attend this information session before signing up for the 8 week program.
About the MBSR course:
This course is an 8-week mindfulness course founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, USA. This program curriculum is an experiential introduction to mindfulness concepts and practice. All other mindfulness programs stem from this original structure of learning about the mind/body connections for health and well-being.
