The program offers an introduction to the principles of mindfulness and a taste of meditation practices, delivered in a simple, structured and accessible way. Participants engage in mindfulness practices, reflections and cognitive exercises and explore different ways to bring mindfulness into their daily lives. The course includes a comprehensive handbook and home practice recordings.
