An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 29, 2023

The program offers an introduction to the principles of mindfulness and a taste of meditation practices, delivered in a simple, structured and accessible way. Participants engage in mindfulness practices, reflections and cognitive exercises and explore different ways to bring mindfulness into their daily lives. The weekly sessions are 1 hour long and there is home practice participants are invited to do during the week.

Course handbook and home practice recordings are provided.

Dates Fall, 2023:

November: 13th, 20th, 27th @ 4pm-5pm HKT / 6pm-7pm AEST / 9am-10am CET (Online)
November 28th, December 5th & 12th @ 7pm-8pm HKT / 12pm-1pm CET (Online)
November: 15th, 22nd, 29th @ 7pm-8pm HKT (In-person, Causeway Bay)
