An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 29, 2023
The program offers an introduction to the principles of mindfulness and a taste of meditation practices, delivered in a simple, structured and accessible way. Participants engage in mindfulness practices, reflections and cognitive exercises and explore different ways to bring mindfulness into their daily lives. The weekly sessions are 1 hour long and there is home practice participants are invited to do during the week.
