Mindful Men’s Group

Joining a group of likeminded men is a powerful way of getting to know yourself better.
The skills-based program will teach formal and informal practices of mindfulness as well as mental strategies. It will apply experiential group learning to deepen the understanding of foundational concepts. The teaching and practice parts draw from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Training.
Sebastian has worked with hundreds of men and facilitates men’s groups since 2010. Participants will benefit from his smooth guidance, therapeutic inputs and experienced choice of themes and exercises.
