Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Life 8 week Course (In-Person)

MBCT-L is an in-depth mindfulness training that takes place over 8 weeks. It provides an incremental learning of mindfulness practices, skills and tools as well as cognitive behavioural techniques which support a sustainable positive change in well-being.

The program has been developed in Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and is well researched and evidence-based. Some of the benefits that are reported after completing the program are: manage stress better and stay calm under pressure; reduced anxiety, depression and better able to regulate strong emotions; improved focus and concentration; maintain a positive outlook; better sense of well-being.
