Mindfulness practice helps us to attend to the things that really matter in our lives with care and openness to the moment-by-moment experience.
MBSR is an 8-week evidence-based, user-friendly program that brings the principles of mindfulness meditation and mindful actions into everyday life, helping us to break cycles of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion, and to also enhance delight and appreciation for what is happening.

Angie is a certified mindfulness teacher, an MBSR Qualified teacher trained by MTIA, and has been teaching across different ages and different populations for the past 10 years, as well as training others to teach mindfulness to children and teenagers.
