Widely considered to be the “gold standard” for mindfulness and meditation courses, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has been helping people better relate to their stressors since its creation in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts. A secular and systematic mindfulness training program trusted by health care clinicians, corporations, schools and sports teams, this evidence-based program in Hong Kong follows the exact same 8-week curriculum developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness.
MBSR has brought mindfulness meditation into the mainstream thanks to the empirical evidence compiled throughout its 40-year history. Through an experiential approach, you will learn how to cultivate self-care and resilience holistically through the interconnection of mind and body, and awaken your own inner capacity for better stress management, coping, and healing.
