Mindfulness in Dialogue (MinD at Lunch) 8 week program

How do we continue our mindful awareness while interacting with others? Can practising in dialogue further strengthen our Mindfulness? Join us for this course to discover more!
Over 8 Tuesday lunchtimes, we come together as a supportive community, exploring how we can maintain mindfulness of body, heart and mind, while intentionally practising respectful and meaningful dialogue. Inspired by Insight Dialogue practice, learning to relate to others in this way will water the seeds of peace, kindness, acceptance, interconnection and wisdom for ourselves and the world.
This course could be especially beneficial for those with a foundation of Mindfulness practice, who have attended MBSR/other Mindfulness courses, and would like to further take their practice into the real world of dialogue and relationships.
Tuesday 1:00pm to 2:00pm (Hong Kong time), March 22nd to May 17th, 2022 (8 sessions, except April 5th, a public holiday).
