This Tuesday evening practice group is a time for you to slow down and invite ease and wellbeing to the mind and body. Angie will guide a mindful movement to begin followed by a guided meditation and time for sharing for those who would like to stay.
The sessions are open to anyone with meditation or mindfulness experience wanting to join a community both online or in person (Discovery Bay).
Dates: we begin on May 30 and continue every Tuesday.
Times: 7.00pm to 7.45pm

Angie is an MBSR teacher, certified mindfulness instructor and teacher trainer in mindfulness for children. She offers courses, workshops, training, practice groups and organizes retreats.
