The Tuesday Night mindfulness practice sessions are a time for slowing down and inviting some calm and ease each week. Cathy will guide various practices and share additional inspiration through stories and poems.

Being in community online, cultivating self-awareness and tending to self-care can all foster a greater sense of well-being and equanimity. Come and join for some calming meditation practices inspired by the essential principles of Mindfulness-Based & Compassion Programs.
NOTE: it is recommended that you have some experience with mindfulness practices and/or meditation.
Cathy Ziengs is a Certified MBSR and MBCL teacher offering mindfulness courses & workshops, community practice and retreats. Although the practice group is based in Hong Kong, participants are welcome from any location around the world.
