An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 22, 2023
This Wednesday evening practice group is a time for you to slow down mid-week and invite ease and wellbeing to the mind and body.
Angie will guide a mindful movement to begin followed by a guided meditation and time for sharing for those who would like to stay.
The sessions are open to anyone with meditation or mindfulness experience wanting to join a community both online or in person (Discovery Bay).

Angie is an MBSR teacher, certified mindfulness instructor and teacher trainer in mindfulness for children. She offers courses, workshops, training, practice groups and organizes retreats.
