Led by Karson Wong, a certified mindfulness teacher, our classes create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. You’ll learn practical meditation techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life, helping you to remain present, focused, and calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong life.
Don’t worry if you’ve never meditated before – our classes are suitable for all levels. We’ll guide you gently into the practice, ensuring you’re comfortable every step of the way.
