Is your teen having difficulties with school, friends, or are they simply finding becoming a teenager hard? Changes at this time of life and this time of year can be difficult and can lead to stress and anxiety. Mindfulness can improve self-confidence, and helps them deal with difficult issues through these important, but sometimes challenging years, with family and friends. This group program allows teenagers to explore with kindness and curiosity, learning skills, techniques and practices to help them:
– feel calmer and happier
– concentrate better
– get on better with others
– cope with stress and anxiety
– understand how the mind affects our emotions and thoughts
– respond to situations and difficulties in a better way.
