Three days of Mindfulness and Loving Kindness Meditation for English Speaking meditators
We are happy to inform you that there will be a 3-day Vipassana (insight) meditation retreat during the Ching Ming Weekend. As some of you have already practice the mindfulness meditation for some time, you know the importance of dedicating time in a resident retreat setting is extremely critical to the reinforcement of practice in daily life. In this retreat, we will start with the basic meditation practice of calming the mind by mindful of the body and feeling, and then move to developing awareness into more subtle levels. For the Evening talks, Jessica will give introduction to fundamental Buddhism concepts like Cause-and Effect in linking with the Vipassana meditation practice.For the beginners, this is also a good opportunity to learn about Buddhism meditation.
