Information Session – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR


This session runs for 90 minutes and provides a brief introduction of the eight week program, including mindfulness practices, research and course particulars. This is your opportunity to raise any questions you have about the program and to get to know us. It is required of all enrolled participants to attend one of these sessions.
