Mindful Mornings – Wednesday@7:30AM-8:15AM

Start your day with more clarity and intention. Mindful mornings are weekly practice group sessions that are open to anyone with some experience with mindfulness and meditation. The sessions consist of  teacher-led meditation practices (mindful movement, sitting, standing, walking, lying down), followed by mindful reflection (in sharing or in silence).
