Mindfulness for Teenagers
In our age specific programs, Method Eline Snel – Mindfulness for children and teens, we teach through short meditations and breath work, games and activities, movement (yoga), and stories around the theme of each lesson, as well as home activities for the students.
Free drop-in information session to experience Mindfulness for teenagers
October 24: 5:00 to 6:00pm
Courses run for 10-week course, 1 – 1.5 hr each week.
Investment includes access to apps and a student only page on my website with loads of resources, weekly workbook
