In this workshop, you will also learn some simple meditation practices to kick start your mindfulness practice like top athletes, performing artists, coaches, and executives.
Instructor: Karson Wong
Karson is a Trained mPEAK Coach (Mindful Performance Enhancement, Awareness and Knowledge) program developed by UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. He is also a qualified MBSR teacher by UMass. Medical School Center for Mindfulness and an IMTA Certified Mindfulness Teacher.
