In this 90-min group practice session, you will be guided to practice various types of mindfulness meditation and movement exercise. Join this supportive community to tune into your inner peace and clarity.
Facilitator: Karson Wong (and/or guest mindfulness teachers)
Karson is a UMass. Center for Mindfulness Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) and UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness Trained Coach of mPEAK program (Mindful Performance Enhancement, Awareness and Knowledge).
Date: Every Wednesday (except Sep 5, Oct 17 & Dec 26, 2018)
Time: 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Venue: LIVO, 22/F, Weswick Commercial Building, 147-149 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai
Cost: Any amount of donation is appreciated to support venue costs
Audience: Max. 15 people. Both beginners and experienced mindfulness practitioners are welcome
Yoga mats and a dozen soft meditation cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you wish to.
