Come and find out more about MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) and what mindfulness can do for you – explore for yourself what two decades of research indicate – how it can add energy and enthusiasm to your life, how it can increase your ability to relax, improve your self esteem, and develop an ability to cope more effectively with both short and long term situations.
In this introductory talk we will explore what is mindfulness, and what it isn’t, as well as learn more about this 8 week program that can have a very positive impact on your life.
