Having started her professional life with a Degree in Economics and a corporate job, Ralitsa decided to pursue her life-long interest in human behaviour. Ralitsa’s passion for Mindfulness started when she first came across Mindfulness Based Interventions for treating Anxiety and Depression while studying for her degree in Psychology. Ralitsa’s confidence in the benefits of mindfulness comes mainly from her own meditation practice. A mother of two grown up daughters, Ralitsa has an authentic understanding and compassion for the challenges of being a parent and juggling with pressures and demands of everyday life. Having lived all over the world, Ralitsa has also experienced the power of acceptance, open-mindedness and letting go, which has helped her develop awareness not only of cultural differences, but also in what unites us as human beings.
