Just like adults, children are often too busy and never seem to stop.They get restless, anxious and experience inattention and lack of concentration Mindfulness or Attention Training can improve attention, focus, and helps them deal with their energies in a positive way
- Better attention and focus
- Better sleep
- cope with stress and restlessness
- understand how to surf the waves and deal with their inner weather
- respond to situations and difficulties in a better way.
- 4 to 7 years: 8 week course, 1 hr each week.
