With Mindfulness course young people learn skills to help them notice what is going on inside them.It improves attention, concentration, focus and help them sleep better.Our young masters are very busy these days. They have so much to do School, Homework, Extra Activities, Exams and much more.This may make them MIND-FULL instead of Mindful and make them lack focus, attention and calm.
Mindfulness matters is a group tailored program to help the young masters train their attention muscle and develop mindful coping skills to deal with everyday life hassles in a better manner.
