Mindfulness meditation class at Enhale Meditation Studio

In this class you will practice mindful meditation to help you pause, get grounded in the here and now and step out of automatic pilot into a state of being. The practices include awareness of body, breath and thoughts meditations as well as short mindfulness exercises to help you relax and retune at the end of a busy day.
