Weekly online mindfulness practice group
These are guided meditation sessions to help you reconnect with your practice and share experience and tools on how to better integrate mindfulness and meditation into daily life during these challenging times. In order to best benefit from the practice group, some experience with mindfulness and meditation is required.
The weekly meetings will be conducted through online video conferencing platform Zoom. If you are new to Zoom, please visit these video tutorials:
