You are welcome to join our one-day mindfulness retreat open to all who are interested in mindfulness meditation. Meditators are welcome to self-practice using mindfulness techniques that they are familiar with or practice in the group under the guidance of the teacher. Sitting and walking meditation sessions will be alternately carried out throughout the day with a flexible schedule. A discussion session at the end of the retreat will be conducted to share experience and understanding. Noble silence is observed other than the specified periods.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
Please bring your own vegetarian lunch. There is cold and hot drinking water at the premises.
