MARCH & APRIL Weekly Community Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
(Live online via ZOOM) – Free of charge
Host: Cathy Ziengs in Hong Kong
In light of the current Coronavirus health concerns in Hong Kong, these weekly meetings are offered to support individual mindfulness practice via Live online ZOOM teacher-guided sessions. It is intended for participants with familiar experience of mindfulness and meditation practices.
Sharing in community online, cultivating self-awareness, tending to self-care can all foster a greater sense of well-being and equanimity for navigating these challenging times.
Please come and join for some calming meditation practices inspired by the essential principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).
