Taste of Mindfulness Meditation (Free Intro for 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)
This 1-hour Taste of Mindfulness session is designed for beginners who are new to meditation and interested to learn how to start practicing mindfulness in daily life.
The original 8-week evidence-based MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program developed at UMass. Medical School Center for Mindfulness brings a form of meditation known as mindfulness into the mainstream. Learn how to take better care of yourself through the interplay of mind and body – and mobilizing your own inner resources for coping, growing and healing.
