CPD workshop and gathering for those teaching Mindfulness to Children and Youth
Welcoming you to join this workshop facilitated by Cathy Ziengs.
How can we cultivate mindful compassion during these uncertain times not only for ourselves, but for others as well, with kindness, patience, and gentle understanding?
In this 6-hour workshop, we will engage in various exercises and practices that touch into well-being, heartfulness, equanimity, and the balance in caring for others and caring for ourselves. Spend these calm hours together learning about deepening insight, reflecting on what you value most in life, and trusting inner wisdom in making these connections.

Time: 10 am – 4 pm
Location: Alive Wellness – 602, Yu Yuet Lai Building, 43 Wyndham St, Central*
Lunch: A light lunch of salads and assorted vegetarian foods will be provided
Investment: $300 per person (including lunch).
*we are hopeful that HK Government regulations will allow us to gather together for this workshop, if not we will move Online via Zoom
Instructor and guide: Cathy Ziengs
Cathy Ziengs is a Certified MBSR Teacher (Brown University) Certified MBCL Teacher (UK) who regularly offers public mindfulness courses, retreats & workshops in Hong Kong to international audiences.
