I am a Certified Mindfulness Instructor and Mindfulness Teacher Trainer. I teach mindfulness across the community from children and adolescents to their parents, teachers, and others working with children. I am also a Partner and the Asia based teacher trainer for the Academy for Mindful Teaching (AMT). For corporate and individual clients I offer a Wellness Consulting programs steeped in mindfulness and meditation practices and experiences.
I am passionate about the beneficial effects of using mindfulness and meditation in our daily lives and helping others find the opportunity to transform their lives. My own experience assures me that through regular but compassionate mindfulness practice, self-awareness and self-regulation can flourish and we become better at taking care of ourselves and others in our lives, whether our partners, children, colleagues, friends or family.
Prior to my formal training in Mindfulness, I completed a Master of Wellness with RMIT University (Australia) and held the position of Tutor in the MindBody Wellness course also at RMIT. Having lived in Hong Kong since 1992, I have had a wide and varied career. As a well established and highly regarded professional, I previously held a senior position of Director with professional services firm Deloitte.
