Ralitsa is a fully certified MBSR teacher from the Mindful Academy Solterreno in Spain. Ralitsa is also trained to teach the .b Curriculum to young people aged 11-18 from Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) in UK.
Having started her professional life with a Degree in Economics and a corporate job, Ralitsa decided to pursue her life-long interest in human behaviour. She graduated with a first class BSc(Hons) in Psychology with the Open University in UK.
Ralitsa’s passion for Mindfulness started when she first came across Mindfulness Based Interventions for treating Anxiety and Depression while studying for her degree. Since then, what started as an intellectual curiosity became a way of life. Ralitsa’s confidence in the numerous benefits of mindfulness comes mainly from her own practice. She is mostly excited about sharing her knowledge and experience with others and witnessing people managing stress better and improving their general well-being as a result of applying mindfulness in their lives.
A mother of two grown up daughters, Ralitsa has an authentic understanding and compassion for the challenges of being a parent and juggling with pressures and demands of every day life. Having lived in different countries, Ralitsa has experienced first hand the power of acceptance, open-mindedness and letting go, which has helped her develop awareness not only of cultural differences, but also in what unites us as human beings.
