Teaching MBSR quarterly, Search Inside Yourself once or twice per year, daily live meditations on Instagram and/or Insight Timer, leading weekly meditations at Fivelements, and also doing corporate mindfulness classes, as needed. Future plans are to keep working with corporations to have more mindfulness introductions and also hope to bring some corporate clients to MBSR. Background comes from a corporate world, which resonates well with corporate clients, who may wonder how to access mindfulness. Also use a lot of research and data to validate mindfulness.
